I just received my ottoman about an hour ago so I can't say much about durability but it does look nice, however there are a few things Im disappointed about.1) There are a bunch of knicks in the wood trays, can be easily filled in with a sharpy but I just opened the box, why is it knicked?2) The dimensions on the ad read 36"Wx36"Dx18"H.. this is FALSE. I thought my ottoman looked a little lower than I expected so I pulled out the measuring tape, sure enough, it is 2" shorter than advertized. My ottoman is 35.5"Wx35.5"Dx16"H. This 2 inches makes a HUGE difference for us. The bench on our couch is 21"H so I was trying to find something close, but now we HAVE to go to [...] and buy some wood to make legs to screw into the bottom of the ottoman and raise it up to the height we need.3) There are scratches in the leather on the trays. Once again, noticed these right after opening the box.To sum it up, I do like this ottoman, the issues are fixable and we are willing to do them ourselves as this was still a good price for a pretty nice ottoman even considering the problems but be aware that this may be the case for your order as well.

When I first got my ottoman/coffeetable, I saw that the box was punctured and upon inspection noticed the coffee table was punctured as well. The replacement coffeetable had scratches on the surface from who knows what, but I plan on simply using furniture polish to cover up the scratches.
Service and delivery comments:
The estimated delivery time was off by a week both times. The first time the ottoman/coffee table arrived, there was a huge puncture in the box and sure enough the table was punctured as well. I called for a replacement coffeetable and they told me that I had to get charged twice for the table until they received the damaged one back. Weird policy. Then, it took another week past the estimated ship date (again) to get my replacement table. The replacement table had scratches on the top of it, superficial yet deep enough that the color was scraped off. I'm not sending this one back and ordering another one because of the hassle. I'm just going to use furniture polish or shoe polish to conceal the scratches. I ordered this in what I thought was plenty of time for my son's 4th birthday party, but because the first table arrived damaged, we all had to sit around holding our beverages, cameras, etc.

It's a beautiful ottoman. We've had a lot of compliments on it. We use it as storage for blankets and toys, and my kids love to use the trays to eat breakfast on and do their schoolwork. We love it enough, that we actually ordered a third after sending the first two back because the first one came with a big split in the seam and the second came with a hole that started to split within a day. So far, the third one is holding up, though admittedly, we've only had it for a couple of days.

The delivery of all three made pretty good time, though the third one was the fastest. As I said before, the first 2 had to be returned. Customer service was very friendly and willing to work with us. We asked that the last ottoman be opened and thoroughly inspected before shipping, and maybe that was the key.

We decided to get this to replace our glass coffee table before our first born arrives. What a great choice! The ottoman lids are nicely padded and even comfy to sit on. The color is a very dark brown, chocolate color. It is on wheels and it moves as a whole. However, there are four individual storage spaces under each lid, minimizing the space inside. Each storage space is 14in x 14in. Each tray is 15in x 15in. and has handles on 2 sides. It is shorter than I expected, at 16 inches.
Things I would change: make the wheels optional or removable, merge two interior sections to make 1 large and 2 small.

NO ASSEMBLY REQUIRED!! Delivery was prompt, it was not scratched or torn.

Very good product. Both my husband and I love the storage space and the fact that its on wheels! It was great quality for an excellent price! It also came within 48 hrs of ordering! We would definately recommend this to anyone!
