It arrived fast, but as soon as I saw the box I knew there was going to be a problem. The box had clearly been stroed some place damp and upon opening the box the smell of mildew was overwhelming. The inside of the ottoman was full of mold/mildew and I had to remove it from my house immediately. Delivery was quick, as was my refund, but I was very disappointed that these ottomans are consistently being sent out damaged. They obviously need to check out what they have in their warehouse and just pitch the bad ones. Also, as mentioned by other reviewers, the dark brown is nearly black.

I purchased this ottoman because my sister had purchased it recently and thought it was perfect for my newly renovated den after superstorm Sandy. She was right! Good quality, easy to move around, and looks exactly like the picture. It came in a box securely packaged.

However the two small ottomans are very light and I will need to remind people not to sit on them. I am pleased with the purchase, with the exception of the sturdiness of the two small ones.
