We finally just got the bench at the end of January after it being backordered since Mid Nov. Of course the site said it would be in stock before Christmas but they ever few days it would get pushed back until it finally shipped Jan 15. So in that regard I'd say the service is not at all good. Certainly I had to sooth my wife for weeks because she didn't get her "big" gift. The bench its self is awesome, well built, durable, stylish, if its in stock, its a winner.

I love this bench--material is lovely and true to the catalog picture. It's well made, sturdy, and has roomy storage. The only minor problem I found was at least 10-12 loose threads around the stitching that needed to be carefully removed. So glad I took the chance on it!
