Description

The Large Riley Square Ottoman is a traditional-styled ottoman with an extravagant size. This ottoman is completely padded with urethane foam for added comfort. The interior frame is built to last with sturdy construction consisting of wood composite and chipboard. This ottoman has nylon-hooded caster wheels, which provide easy mobility. Choose between faux-leather upholstery for an elegant look and fabric upholstery for a comfortable feel. The Large Riley Square Ottoman will blend well with any home decor.

To keep your Large Riley Square Ottoman looking its best, the recommended method of care is to spot clean.

Recommended Care: Spot Clean - This care would be recommended for our ottomans, both with and without slipcovers. Use a water-based shampoo or foam cleaner, such as Woolite or Resolve, to clean the surface following the cleaning instructions on the cleaner. Or just use a soap and water mixture. DO NOT DRY CLEAN. If you have a slipcovered ottoman, remove the cover before cleaning. If the cover is overly wet, dry with a fan or hair dryer but do not place in a dryer. Brush pile fabrics to restore appearance.

            The average rating may not be a fair assessment. The item arrived damaged and I returned it. Since it looked really nice, I re-ordered and am awaiting replacement.

            Service and delivery comments:

            Service is very good and very helpful. Delivery arrived as promised. The product arrived with a small cut in the fabric, thankfully the whole return process was very easy. The customer service reps were very helpful and the transportation provider, Fedex, was very timely and efficient.

            All in all, I wish the item had not been damaged but I couldn't have asked for more in dealing with this company who are qiuck to make things right.

            Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

                  We were looking for a smaller (24" x 24") square ottoman and could not find a suitable one in local stores. This product fit what we needed. As it is difficult to pick a color from a photograph on a computer screen, we requested 3 vinyl samples. Unfortunately, no samples are available. We ordered the "Hunter" and it is too dark. At a glance it looks black to most people. We removed the black casters and added bun feet from [...]. The feet, stain and poly added about $60 to the overall price. The feet raised the ottoman 2" to a more comfortable height and they improved the look very much. Well worth the additional money. [...].
