Looked a long time for a large, durable ottoman for the family room. Wanted something large enough for more than one person to put his/her feet up while sitting on the couch and nearby chair. Considered the leather ottoman that a well-known retailer carries but the [$] price and not quite large enough size caused me to keep on looking. After considering this ottoman over a few-month period, I finally took a chance and ordered it when there was a holiday weekend $-off sale. [...] The leather is not the top-grain leather of the large retailer ottoman and is noticeably inferior to that. However, I fully expected that since it is clearly described as being bi-cast leather (or was it bonded), which is certainly not top-grain leather. It suits its purpose as pets think it's a great place to sit, and grandkids can play games on it. And it provides a comfortable surface for propped up feet. All in all, it was a good deal for the price. I've only had it a couple of weeks so cannot comment on its durability, but am hoping it will hold up well. If it proves to be durable, I will be very pleased with my purchase.

This ottoman is great. Sturdy, good quality leather, simple assembly. Its comfortable and yet firm enough to withstand kids and pets. Easy clean and really nice modern lines. For the price, its a total keeper.
