Excellent. I was nervous when I read some reviews of these arriving with mold in them and so on and especially because it has been raining lately, I was getting a bit anxious if mine would come the same way but they didn't. The boxing was secure and no mold and they go great in the lounge with my recliner and loveseat. I love that they resume their shape and size even after someone's just gotten up from sitting on the ottomans. The storage benefits are great as well. I love them! Well worth the money I paid for them. There aren't really any cons that I can think of but I just put in my own, it's more of a drawback than it is a con. It is to do with the hinge system. When you open them up, the only thing that keeps the lids from doing a whole 270 degrees are these two ribbons. With wear and tear I can see these giving way. So if they could fix it so that the hinges themselves are the ones preventing the lid from opening all the way and just like stopping them at about 90 degrees, then these would be beyond perfect. Overall, no compliments, I am very pleased! Thank you!

When I received my package and opened it, the mould stench was the first thing I notice. The big ottoman was full of white mildew all over inside, the small one was covered with the black mildew inside on the lid part... It was before Thanksgiving,I knew I can't do anything for a couple of days...I tried to clean the mildew ( brrr), now the fabric inside is clean, but stench remains, even I used a lot of Febreze. It's a shame, because ottomans are looking good from the outside...I don't know what to do now, because shipping back cost will be probably high...I hesitated a week to post this, because I had a hope, it will improve with the removal of mould and mildew,venting during the daytime, but I think the construction beneath the fabric is affected...It still smels like mould.Like I said, it'd have been such a great product...

No problems for with smells or anything. It sounds like there was a moisture problem in a different shipment. Everything was sealed well and had several silica gel dessicant packets inside. The only minor issue is that the "straight line" baseball stitching got a little wavy in one spot. It's not THAT noticeable unless you look closely, so I'm keeping them and am generally satisfied with the purchase.

I wanted a storage ottamon to hold the winter snuggies and blankets when not in use. This fits the bill and looks good too. Plus extra seats for company.
