    As advertised, if I ordered on Thursday within the six hours of the time I found them, they would be delivered on Saturday as promised! I was very excited to wake up to this delivery. My guest room is now complete! Thank you, hayneedle!!

    When I received my package and opened it, the mould stench was the first thing I notice. The big ottoman was full of white mildew all over inside, the small one was covered with the black mildew inside on the lid part... It was before Thanksgiving,I knew I can't do anything for a couple of days...I tried to clean the mildew ( brrr), now the fabric inside is clean, but stench remains, even I used a lot of Febreze. It's a shame, because ottomans are looking good from the outside...I don't know what to do now, because shipping back cost will be probably high...I hesitated a week to post this, because I had a hope, it will improve with the removal of mould and mildew,venting during the daytime, but I think the construction beneath the fabric is affected...It still smels like mould.Like I said, it'd have been such a great product...

    The pieces look nice even though a bit smaller than I thought from the picture. The strings that hold the door when open tend to stay out unless you make special effort to tuck them in, but only a slight annoyance. They seem sturdy so far (to sit on/rest feet). Can't really set glasses on them without a tray- too wobbly.
