The ottoman arrives in a very manageable box, with the legs detached inside the storage compartment. It's dead easy to assemble - the legs just screw on - and that's it. It feels solid and well constructed and when opened, the lid is held stably, by strong hinges and the whole assembly is well balanced. It also looks gorgeous and is the perfect height for putting your feet up, when sitting on the sofa. Highly recommended.

I have shopped extensively for a leather storage ottoman to replace our coffee table now that we have a small child. This is nice looking, contemporary and practical, but it is too wide to fit comfortably in our long but narrow space along with our couch and chairs. Also, there are no safety hinges that prevent the heavy lid from falling and hurting a child's fingers. So while this would be nice for a wide living area and bigger-scale furniture, it is not quite right for our smaller home with young children.

Loved the ottoman. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was due to coasters were missing off of one foot peg. However, the customer service was awesome and offered me replacement or credit options.

This ottoman is a very chic place to store those extra pillows and throws right under your feet!! It is the perfect height for an ottoman and the grandkids enjoy sitting on it to watch tv or play a family game.
